I'm still looking for a towbar for my E39 but came across this. The description say 530 (e39). Now one can see that is not a e39 back end. The although there is a 530 logo on the boot there is a v8 in the front.....

oh and i see the is a towbar sticking out so anyone looking for e34 towbar....

Hey man, I have a towbar on my E39 540i ...

you can buy mine if you want ? .. I do use it but I wanna buy an el-camino or some kinda bakkie with a towbar.

btw,thats the 530i V8 E34 in the link ... some people at scrapyards are idiots when it comes to stuff like this.

ah see now. did not know that the e34 530 was a v8. learning something new everyday.

I need a e39 touring towbar. the mounting holes apparently differ slightly

I can het for around R7-8k+tax duties etc for detachable+electronics. it is my best option at the moment but want to try more locally first
