Wipers not normal

Hi all

I've recently changed my standard headunit to a aftermarket one, lost the PDC functionality, but have noticed my wipers aren't staying in it's normal position when its off, it goes fully down, but then moves up and sits about 5cms higher, and on the drive home got stuck on the centre of the screen, could this all be related to removing the standard headunit???

Thats very strange , As far as I know , the cars speaker/sound/radio system has nothing to do with the wipers and PDC function, the PDC has its own little speaker .

Is this for an E46? Maybe who ever installed it , cut or damaged a wire somewhere? Did you check the fuses?

It's a 323i e90 2006, and we did take a look at the fuses and everything is still fine there, for me it's also weird as since the headunit was taken out everything just went haywire, will have a look for damaged wires as well today cause i don't want the wipers failing on me again, especially in the rain
