Need some help, negative battery terminal was loose, removed and refitted correctly and tightened, now my windows are going crazy. Goes all the way up then opens about 5 or 6cm. Have to play with switch to close, when I open the door the window does not drop. :smashScreen:

Get in car
Close door
Set ignition on and start car
Lower drivers window all the way down whilst depressing button
Raise window up whilst depressing button
In both instances button needs to be depressed continuously.

Once window is raised it has reset so feel free to give it a dip and the window will travel down all the way.
Once down give it a lift and it will travel all the way up.

Repeat for passenger side.

Windows will now drop slightly when door is opened and close automatically when door is closed

It seems that the window regulators needs a reset. This might also point to a possibly failing FRM after the battery was disconnected. If you can't get it reset using Peters method, give me a call so I can check it out
