I used to get very upset with these taxi drivers and I have to say, I am very glad I don't have to deal with them every day, living in Paarl area...

Someone once told me, one should look at these guys if you really want to see what dedicated customer service should be..... their customers are 1st and foremost in their mind, nothing else matters than getting them where they should be as quick as possible and charging to pick up the next ones...
They don't care about anything else, not the rules of the road, damage to their or other vehicles, not even your or my life on the road... just their customers.:fencelook:

Look I hat them just as much as the next but consider the following, we cant change the way they drive and we cant do anything against them (except beat them up and get locked up for man slaughter) but at the end of the day, our roads are already a mess with traffic, can you imagine every single person that catches a ride in a taxi had a car???

I normally go by the words "id rather see them then feel them". Let them do what they want as long as I see them and I don't end up getting bumped. Its hard but even in England taxis are useless drives. Its not just here. Im just glad not everyone on the road owns a car.
