which offset?

Hi guys
I need your help please, I have a 2003 e46 320i face lift and I'm considering putting 19" rims on. Which offset and tyre size should I go with without the risk of the tyre rubbing the fenders? I was looking at the OEM style 199, it is 8x19 et 37 in front and the rear is 9x19 et 39. Will it work on my car?
