Where are the 8 Series owners ?

Hi Guys and Dolls,
Where are all the 8 Series owners ?. How many of us are there out there.
I have 2 x 840's. one is a standard silver 840CI (1995) that i have spent 2 years doing a total restoration. Nothing left unattended. Even original paint imported from Germany and resprayed. Maybe you have seen it in the W.C. Reg 1 of 2 WP ??
Then i have just bought and busy importing a very low mileage metallic fern green 840CI Sport from the U.K. Should be here as my Christmas present. (hopefully). Let's hear from the other 8'ers in the forum.

How about a Sunday morning breakfast run at some stage ?. These cars draw attention where ever they go. Certainly one of the most beautiful cars BMW have marketed. i love mine to bits

I saw one of your cars parked in front of the public swimming pool in Sea Point just over a year ago...my dream car...now where is that "correct" LOTTO ticket ?

If there is a run I'll get my friend to bring his 1991 Calypso red 850i. He is still the only owner from new. Car is sitting on 415,000km and still going.

Me Here 1991 850ci UK import, laguna Green with Hell interior. Still restoring and rebuilding everything. Respray on the cards. Pity I am not down in the WC.

The formalities are prohibitive. The are allowed to be imported, so I am determined to work thru the red tape. I will put up with all the delays, bullsh*t and nonsense, but I will import this one. "Finish and Klaar"
