When to change gears

Howzit guys

I was wondering if yourl could help me. i have a 135i N55 DCT.
Now im not used to turbo cars if someone can help me to tel me at what rpm i should change gears please.:ty:
Like from 1st to 2nd what rpm etc etc
BTW my car is stock standard

I found 6200 - 6400 to be the best in the 335, but that was N54, so might be different for the N55
