Buy my 325i and get power and decent consumption

No, less power and worse consumption than 330i. (330i has direct injection which the 325i does not have.)

Ummm.... Obviously less power than a 330i.... :fencelook:

I get 12.5l/100km in town and up to 7l/100km open road driving

According to :

E90 325i Pre-Lci

E90 330i Pre-Lci

Same N52 engine, just different capacity.

325i - 160kw/250nm - 0-100 7s - 245km/h
330i - 190kw/300nm - 0-100 6.3s - 250km/h

Just saying...

If fuel consumption is no issue to you, I'd say go for the 330! Sound and power is awesome!!

Otherwise maybe try to get a 330d. Fuel consumption not so good as the 320d, but man, that thing hauls ass!!!

My dad's 320d gets about 17km/l open road and 10km/l in town FYI

Thoroughly happy with mine, and she is just about to go out of motorplan. Fuel consumption is really not as bad as most claim, but it is very true that they don't like slow driving or sitting in traffic - diesels will always have this as a major advantage over petrols. But see my fuelly signature for almost 2 years worth of driving.

Car looks awesome in your pic, first thing I would recommend - get shot of those Continental RFT's! Unless they are behaving on your car that is, and not tramlining or making the car feel twitchy and unstable at speed. No motorplan to worry about, so can ditch the RFT's, but personally prefer the safety advantage of RFT's. Keep an eye open on gumtree for space-savers if you want to go for normal tyres of course. Not sure of their current prices, but 225/45R17 91W Hankook S1 EVO RFT's are awesome, alternatively I am very happy with the Bridgestone Potenza RE050 I (or II) RFT's.

Enjoy! These cars are really enjoyable and rewarding to drive!

That's the way to go! I'm so glad you chose the 330i! :praise:

Remember, this is the manual version and you have much more control of driving style, so fuel consumption is not as bad.

Although, in the beginning, you are going to be enjoying the power too much to worry about fuel consumption!

What a car!( I hope to get a 330i toward the end of the year! )

Thanks man, not used to RFT, new to me, the ride is a bit bumpy.. please advice me, when i got the 330i yesterday the Tyre pressure was at 1.8 bar, i took it up to 2.4 back and 2.2 front. it that ok? or must it be below 2 bar?

did i tell you on may way back i got hold of a VW Scirocco 2.0T , shame, i thought it would be a challenge, not at all.. from 2nd it looked like a joke, cant keep up with 330i, but the Golf R & Scirocco R might be a different situation..
