Wow thats obviously it!
my loos part looks like it will plug into that, but i dont have that thing? I just have this connector hanging around. Is that wrong or a problem? It looks wrong or unfinished.
@ Spiro, the bonnet sensor looks to be the other side

Flux Capacitor. If plugged in ..will produce a jigowatt of power.

Dont plug it in.

** PS: it fits sungly into that whole in front of it. Just let it be man. :flyfun:

Thank you!
it seems i dont have the other end, is that the flux capacitor that i am missing? or is that the flux capacitor i have dangling loose?
what do you mean product power? as in use amperes?
What function will work if it could be plugged in?
This flux capacitor is aircon related right?
is my car normal or do you think something is tampered with or missing?
thanks again!

Nope - it looks complete. Must just fit into that slot.

Then you close the bonnet. Whistle. And Walk Away

Hey Ash. Some cars have different packages besides the M and Sport like Cold Weather Package etc for countries that have snowy winters.

I have a cold weather package on my E46 which includes the extra button sensor for heated nozzles and mirrors or seats etc and a bag holder for my ski's in my load through facility in the boot...

Don't sweat if if it's not connected, your A/C works off a different set of sensors. And it does still work (right?)

Hi Hellas
Yes the AC seems to work correctly from a user point of view. It seems that the item you pasted is what fits in that ring bracket, and without that this connector can only lie around.it doesnt fit to the ring bracket on its own. It just looks odd, but im glad to hear all is ok from the responses here

is this not the air 'sniffer' that automatically makes the air recirculate when it senses alot of hydrocarbons? on the e46 this sits on the radiator...
