Correct - E9 2800cs. Ex EL car, recently sold to a new owner in Durban if I'm not mistaken.

Beautiful, but the Alpina replicas ruin it in my opinion

they aren't Alpinas but 16" BBS type wheels. I almost bought this car in EL, then in Jhb and tried in EL again. The guy wanted too much for it in. My opinion considering the condition it was in. The new owner must have put some work into it since I last saw it.

No I like the 16' BBS's in the pic you posted, the pics in the rain have alpina reps.

Wonder if that was an original colour?

This wan't an original E9 Color, don't know what color he painted it. This was the same family that ruined my csl!!!

The CSL You're restoring? Glad that its going to someone who will restore it to its former glory. How one could let a vehicle that rare get into that state I dont know
