Hi guys, I had a bit of trouble activating my acount, mail was blocked as spam.

Well, now I am up and running.

I drive a 1995 E34 540i manual Individual (72 of 75) Madeira Black (actually dark purple) with "silver" interior (actually white to me), with 91 500km on the clock and a 2004 E53 X5 3.0d automatic Sport in Graphite Grey with black interior, with 107 000km.

My dad was the first owner of the 540 and I got it when he passed away in 2002. The car then had 36 000km on the clock. The X5 I bought in May this year with 94 000km.

I LOVE my BMW's!!!

Then I have an Audi A4 1.9 TDI which I use for my long journeys for work and a stock std. original Uno Turbo that is my daily commuter. Then a 1990 VW Microbus with 60 000km (yes) with an Alfa Romeo 2.5 GTV6 motor. Lastly then, a 1976 Fiat 124 Special T, my dad's first car that he bought.

I am glad to join you guys and hope to meet other members who also owns one of the 75 E34 540i Individuals that were built for SA.

Lastly, the last meet-up's photos posted on the home page looks great, and it looks like it was a great meeting. Looking forward to joining and meeting you guys in the near future.

WOW, that is some selection of cars there man  Sorry to hear of your fathers passing though.

There are a good few e34 540i owners, not sure if there are any other 6spd indv. owners though. What a gem!
And a standard Uno turbo :excited: I didnt know that those still existed :)

Hey guys,

I've tried posting pics, but apparently the files that I want to upload is of the wrong type.

I took normal jpegs and resized it using MS Office Picture Manager.

File type on resized pics say Type: JPG and size of pics is about 60kb each.

What is the solution? I read the thread about posting pics, but I don't want to go through the whole process of registering etc. on photobucket.

You can email the pics to me, and I will stick them on my photobucket account ;)

We only have limited server space, and pics take up space very quickly, that is why I chose to disallow hosting of pics directly on the site ;)

No, you think I should go and register? I already had some trouble just to activate my account on this forum, little bid fed up with reg. procedures.

I'll see, if Freerider don't get back to me with his mail address.
