Weird condensation on windscreen

Hi guys ... does anyone know why this occurs occasionally on the inside on my windscreen always on the same area

Had that same problem on opel in december. Ended up being the heater radiator which was located in the dash.

The leak caused water to be short obviously, lucky I caught it in time before and damage was done. Not sure if the ssme applied to bmw having a seperste radiator but i would investigate it.
