Weekly, Second Weekly or Monthly meets in CT...?

Hi there to all the CT guys and girls.

How about we start a more regular meet up? I was thinking weekly, or maybe every second week. One of my friends has a ST and they meet every Thursday in the undercover parking at N1 City. I think such meet ups are a good idea, always nice to talk face to face about stuff. Then we can even help each other with small things on our cars, swap ideas...

I think undercover parking is a great idea, because of the lights they have, then we can have a better look at the rides, and seeing that everyone has to work, it will prob be after 7pm, then it starts to get dark.

We should look at week days, weekends are for big events. And I think everyone can take an hour or two out of one week day to get together with other BMW Fanatics and take BMW...

I like (scratch that) love coffee, so I was thinking along the lines of meeting on say a thursday evening at SMG BMW Canal Walk, talking some shit and then just walk over the road and have a coffee at time cafe.

There is plenty light outside SMG in the front to look at stuff etc, and the coffee at Time cafe is good Canal walk is also nice and central.

There was talk about have such meets at SMG. For me to drive all the way once a week is a bit much. I'll try and show when I can depending on how far it is from me. :thumbsup:

Or we can have a few meet spots around the city and every time meet up at a different spot.

Unfortunately I will not manage to meet up with you guys for the next month as I will start "fasting". I will also be resuming some of my studies in preparation for exams in November for my MS Project certification.

I'm sure some of you have noticed that I havent been logging on as I would like to, its been difficult, but I'm still here to give my 2 cents worth of useless information.

we should organise sect meetings then once a month have a combined meet

I agree different venues or places would be nice yes. It's also a bit far for me especially if you're from the Winelands region.

Ja nee I have not fasted for 2 years because of my pregnancy, birth then breastfeeding (hmmm not an appropriate topic of conversation on a BMW forum).

Well. we are having a hookup on the 6th at speedways 105. So we can discuss it all then. :thumbsup:

Ok guys, I posted this idea on the E30 Club site, they are keen. They think its a good idea if we try the first small meet this coming Wednesday, 7pm, BMW Showroom, Canal Walk.
What do you guys think? Could we try and get some sort of count, who can and wants to make it happen? I will most be there. So lets see what the weekend posts say, then I'll post a confirm on Monday.
