Hi Guys.
Sometime during the next 24 months I would like to maybe buy another car, for weekend use.

Purpose of it, is to slowly do it up, and make it quick :)

So MotorPlan is not the issue,
I would like to spend at the most R175 000

What would you guys suggest?
I was thinking a M3, or Z4?
What year? KMs on clock?

Edit Maybe spend R130 000 so i have money for mods

Im thinking you need a 2004 Mitsubishi Pajero. 3.2 petrol. Fantastically amazing cars. Everyone with growing families should have one.

:)

Cowly exhaust system, chip, small turbo or big turbo and some 19 inch rims and suspension kit. Lots of fun.

Hey, this is me being biased, but I'd say go for a clean e36 m3 like the one in the ad if you can find something like that, leaves you with some money to play around!

e46 m3 or e39 m5. Nothing else will do. But make sure it is in good condition, take it to bm for a check before you buy, must have full service history, No major accidence. You dont wanna buy a car you must still fix things and stuff. Dont be fooled small problems on bmw= Major bucks. See whats the lowest mileage you can get m3 or m5 and get that.

what about a e36 m3?
What is the major difference apart from looks from the e36 and e46?

get a E34 540i, Put a manual 6 speed box, LSD, Fully adjustable Coil overs, Brembo brake kit, Some nice sport seats, roll cage, strip it out to save weight, then speak to Clutchplate about his twin turbo conversions he is planning with his home made intake..

Sorted!!

My friend just get the car with the lowest mileage. I would say search hard for e46 m3. Its faster, its smarter and its newer. Its just in a better class than a e36. Thats just my opinion, i would even take the e46 m over the e39 m5.

z3Mcoupe. The one with the E36 M3 engine. If you want a toy you can have loads of fun with it. the engine is identical to the M3 so mods are easy. I see one on gumtree for R175 000.

Its alot like nothing else:thumbsup:

I hate to say it but everyone has an M3:dunno:

I must say, i got a 335i and as a second car or a toy i would love a e39 m5 if i ever could have enough money to do such a thing, i think its the best looking 5 series ever. Mileage, maintenance and parts and price of parts would be a concern though.
