Thanks guy. Heard loads about the forum being a great thing to be part of. So hoping that is indeed the situation. Keen to do stage one conversion on car now, eventually get to cosmetics, but for now just power bits to get things rolling [WINKING FACE]

Timing couldnt be better on that suggestion thanks man. My intercooler might need replacing after the drama it went through being pushed back this weekend.

Was thinking of going the msport route but thought maybe it might look odd as if rest kit missing.... Yeah all ok. Had my Mrs and son with me. Attempted hijacking not even 5mins after leaving a function near the airport. Damage caused by the car I had to push out my way after 3 vehicles tried blocking me in. 1 citi golf and 2 Toyota.

Had nowhere to go but forward and once I realised what was happening the passenger from golf was pointing gun straight at us. Luckily torque has advantages right... Floored it straight into back of golf luckily the driver couldn't keep it straight. Got gap and shot through straight to cops shop. Who were more worried about seeing my license. Where is my disc etc etc. So ya was scary as hell. Luckily damage isnt terrible or too expensive.

Hectic!! Glad it all worked out safely. Wish one of the fokers got there legs chopped off between the 2 cars. Craziness, hope the family isn't too stressed out. I don't want to ever find out the feeling of someone pointing a gun at me and my family.

Thankfully my son is only 2 he wasn't really aware of what happened. My Mrs tho is still bit nervous and scared to go out but for now atleast she ok. Thanks for the concern and well wishes it really is appreciated [THUMBS UP SIGN] also glad we got out that one. Sad the vehicle was damaged but its better she did take damage Rather than risking my wife n boys safety. She served us well so far so now now gotta spoil the car with new bits and pieces and some power upgrades... Gotta look on the brighter side they say.. It is South Africa after all and we do drive the vehicles desired and admired by most..so Def fitting a msport bumper, got pricing today. She should be back next week will post pics when I get her back.

Where did this happen?

Close to OR tambo airport as we left emperors. We took the laaitie to see the lights and go on some rides. Decided to drive back roads home as we live nearby in kempton. So between emperors and the VW /Ford dealerships on Pretoria Rd.

Best anyone travelling any back Road pays attention at all times. [THUMBS UP SIGN]

I don't know why some people feel entitled to things that don't belong to them. One of those buggers should have gotten seriously injured.
