This is the game I pretty much spend all my free time playing :rollsmile: Lets face it, its doesnt get much better than dogfighting in WW2 fighters and bombers!

This. It's just like playing an FPS. The controls are really easy.

I'm focusing more on the US, just got myself the P39 and F6

Ground unit didn't arrive in this patch, but lots of new changes, new maps too! :thumbs:

Flight and damage models are better :thumbs:

This game is an online pvp fighter based on the hugely successful Wings of Prey, which was a console version ported to PC from the original IL2. Cliffs of Dover, which was also a PC game. If you get my understanding.

Pretty fun.

Still prefer Cliffs of Dover. Nothing beats playing as a bomber crew with some friends and having to try bomb london and make it back to france as a He-111 crew. One player flies, others are gunners or navigators/bombardiers. Very cool when scores of AI Spitfires try shoot your squadron down and the closer you get to your target, the thinner your ranks become. Full online campaign available too. :thumbs:
