volt code reader

Good day to all
I need help desperately:roflol:
After I removed my cars EGR, I realized that it has a lack of power and over fuels at exactly 2000 Rpm.
I have had it twice diagnosed with two different machines, but could not find any volt codes.
The last mechanic I spoke to said that the non genuine scanners do not always read all the volts.
Is there anyone in the Western Cape Boland district that uses the INPA software & would be able to read my cars codes?
I would like to get my own scanner, but time is a problem at this time of the year.
Keep up the good work:ty:

I believe it is referred to as a fault code reader.

Hope someone in your area can assist.
