Vehicle check/service

So I have proudly had my car out of plan for a good 50000km and the car is coming up for it's 150000km service which is a major service. Now the iDrive system says that BMW needs to do a vehicle check. Do you guys know what's involved in that? Because that is the only reason I would want to take it to BMW, otherwise normally I do the service myself and check certain things Car is an n55 m135i.

I have done the usual. Oil every 5k, changed the tensioner, idler pulley and serpentine belt. Did Gearbox service. Changed OFHG. Brakes are sharp. Shocks were replaced when I lowered the car. Including shock mountings. Occasionally I am under the car so steering rack is good. I also have Carly and check that monthly and there is nothing glaring there.

The only thing I think they can check is coils I guess?

Maybe check the condition of the timing chain to see if there's any stretch?

another good thing to do, just with age is fluids like transmission/coolant/differential as motorplan will hardly ever replace these items as its "Lifetime" in their eyes but if you had to go buy bmw coolant, it will say on the bottle, replace every 2yrs if possible!

Thanx alot. I'll check the timing chain. Diff was done with gearbox and coolant was done when radiator was replaced, so I am good there. But will definitely looking into the chain.
