Vanos and DISA

Hi All,

I am still having nigglies with my N42 318.

I am contemplating having the Vanos rebuilt as well as the DISA serviced/replaced.

The Vanos is actually inside the head(solenoids on the outside though) and you need some special tools to do the job so DIY on this one is out for me.

Anybody got an idea of who is going to be able to do this for me at a decent price.

I had my DISA done, was about R2k or so...

Mechanic is in Kensignton B, just behind Opel...

His name is Dave Robinson, Edward Street.. Number Five

Cell is : Zero 8 2 Five 7 too 1 Zero 4 9

Well going to try MAF first, swapping out one with a car Stal has got on the floor...
