UPDATE: Go-Karting at Zwartkops 2nd of March 2013 !!

I would like to do something similar, but at Kyalami. Before I go and book a date, I would like to measure your willingness as it is quite expensive.

Endurance Races (We have up to 15 karts to provide so no group is to big to accommodate) (This is normally done in teams of anywhere from two drivers up to 10 drivers per kart,
the drivers make pit stops every 8 to 10 minutes giving teams of 5 normally around ten minutes every hour)
1 Hour Endurance R5 999.00 excl vat 5 karts (Up to 10 drivers per team)
2 Hour Endurance R9 499.00 excl vat 5 karts (Up to 10 drivers per team)
1 Hour Endurance R6 999.00 excl vat 6 karts ((Up to 10 drivers per team)
2 Hour Endurance R11 199.00 excl vat 6 karts (Up to 10 drivers per team)
1 Hour Endurance R7 999.00 excl vat 7 karts ((Up to 10 drivers per team)
2 Hour Endurance R12 199.00 excl vat 7 karts (Up to 10 drivers per team)
1 Hour Endurance R8 999.00 excl vat 8 karts ((Up to 10 drivers per team)
2 Hour Endurance R14 199.00 excl vat 8 karts (Up to 10 drivers per team)

Sprint Options (Pricing per kart) (Minimum booking 6 karts)
Nano Sprint R550.00 excl vat = 1 x 10 minute practice and 2 x 15 minute races
Micro Sprint R700.00 excl vat = 1 x 15 minute practice and 2 x 20 minute races
Mini Sprint R900.00 excl vat = 1 x 10 minute practice and 3 x 25 lap races
Mega Sprint R1 200.00 excl vat = 15 minute practice and 4 x 30 minute races

A refundable damage deposit of R2 500.00 is required and is paid back if there are no damages on the karts, this amount can change depending on the size of the group and number of karts booked
* Please note that a 50% deposit is required to confirm booking and full payment prior to the start of the event

So in short, are you willing to pay R600 p/p for an endurance race that consists of 2 members per team? Each driver will get 30 mins of driving.

I am open to suggestions here. Keep in mind that Zwartkops is a bit cheaper, but some individuals has asked that we go to Kyalami for the next event.

Thats not a bad price for 30 min of karting

When I went with my cousins in December last year it was R200 for 15min sprint session or R350 for half an hour or 2 x 15min sessions. Call them as those prices seem higher than what we were quoted.
