Yeah, jacks is normally decent as is bluff tyres. But for the tyres I want, it seems everywhere is a similar price.

Jacks and bluff tyres are same owners ,so prices are going to be the same.
What brand of tyre do you want?

I know jacks and bluff have the same owners, Im just looking for a decent brand, that offers good grip, but I dont feel like paying 3 grand a tyre for non runflats.

Will do.

Jacks tyres quoted me the same as HiQ and TWT, so, they dont seem much cheaper for this size tyre. They much cheaper for my other car though, like half the price.

Budget is based more on principal than on money, but yeah. R2600 for the rears and R2000 for the fronts?
