Tyre Damage?

Hey guys

My wife hit a pothole and this is how the tyre looks

Is it safe to drive to a tyre place +- 3km?

Can you jack up an 120d and remove the tyre.?

If its an RFT tyre it may go the 3km, drive extra slow, you dont want to damage the wheel
my bro once drove from Welkom to JHB with a similar looking tyre with no further damage.

I had a similar thing on mine which was fine for a long time until it eventually went full puncture mode.
Just take it slow.
