I think Makro and Midas sells them. Just make sure you get the appropriate size that matches the battery you're charging/maintaining.

Have a look at either the MXS 3.6 (same as XS3600) or 5.0. One is around R900 and the other R1200.

We have 3 benton bx1 charges to keep our 4x4 batterys going, have had for over 2 years and they still working. And are cheaper than ctek ones

Can you put the charger on the battery while the battery is connected to the car? talking CTEK here.

We just connect it to the batterys without disconnecting them. If the battery was flat i would disconnect to charge but to just maintain I don't think its necessary
