I just bought some.
From eBay. It's genuine estoril blue from BMW. Paid around R180 landed.
Comes with the colour and the clear laquer to apply over it

Any dealer can order the kit M135i mentioned, thats how i got mine. Might be cheaper over eBay or amazon though.
