This is the story of Bill Caswell. He bought an old 1991 BMW 318i and them managed to come third in the Mexican WRC race. All on a "limited" budget and without a backup crew.

I thought I should add. It's a bit of a read, but well worth it and some cool footage on the site as well of the race

If you google him you'll find his race website and he only races old BMW's. his most modern one is a 1997 318ti
