Hi all,

Car about to fall off motor plan next year April. 2017 220D. Haven't had any issues tbh but curious what I should ask dealer to look at or replace now?

Speaking from a non-BMW perspective. Best to find a good technician or service advisor, whom you have already built up a relationship with, and ask them to perform extra checks before the plan expires.
All manufacturers have strict criteria before any part can be replaced under maintenance plan. It is very difficult to get parts that are almost on their way out to get replaced under maintenance plan.
However, a friendly technician can make a plan for you.
