The great Gatsby

Directed by baz Luhrmann;

Baz definitely did not disappoint with his opulent theatrical style. The Gatsby is very visually appealing; think back to his previous movies Moulin rouge.
The movie is a great depiction of the book and stays true to the character there of.

I am personally not a huge Dicaprio fan, and therefore found Leo playing himself again.

It is worth a watch, although over all I'm going to give it a 6.5/10.

For cinematography I'll give it a 9/10.

I kind of kept wanting more from it.

I am really looking forward to watching this one - it would be very interesting to see an Indian star play a Jewish old man.

Amitabh Bachchan is India's greatest star ever, for over 50 years! His daughter-in-law is an ex-Miss Universe! Even though I don't watch Bollywood (can't stand it! :yuck:) I have always enjoyed the old Amitabh Bachchan movies! To watch him in a Hollywood piece is something I am looking forward to seeing!

Thanks! :thumbs:
