Technician or Mechanic Needed

Guys I need to know if there is a BMW Technician/Mechanic that is reliable and knows what he is doing especially to work on the E39 M5. I have a few guys but they are unreliable times wise. I need somebody that will do the work when they say they can. I would prefer if the guy is in the south of JHB, or in the east, maybe even western suburbs.

I am tired of the stealers as they do not have real mechanics any more, but only parts replacers working for them.
