at a minimum you need fresh dampers with the springs... if you want cheap grab some cheap replacements from a tire shop these wont be great but better than blown shocks

I can offer quality damper replacements from Sachs or Bilstein at a little more than the budget brands

If you want to do it properly you need a set of performance dampers these will greatly improve the ride and handling but the budget will have to be higher

I can organize from an engineering company, and then you decide on the amount you want to drop and they will do the necessary "drop"

Front R525 each
Rear R385 each
need advanced warning (2-3 days manufacture)

fitment
R350 per front side
R300 per rear side

plus alignment

I think you're going to rub and scrape.

My suspension folks say, not more than 40mm, that way you shouldn't have rubbing issues, as well as your shocks can still handle a 40mm drop, anything greater, and your shocks will bottom out and you would ideally need shortened shocks.

generally as soon as the word "shortened shocks" comes into the equation, then the cost radically increases and then the general suggestion seems to be coil0overs
