Indeed I have...i got some ally lower control arms for my e30 a while back, i must say their quality was good...I had replaced ball joints over and over on the stock control arm(each at a cost of R800 every 3-4months)...I ended up buying the brand new lower control arms and bushes that mount on the chassis and retain the control arm...it all added up to about R1600 left and right...and sold the car after many kilo's without even feeling a difference on the front end....it was well worth it.

I hope it sorts your decision making out - I cant recall exactly where in JHB they located, but I would say, its well worth a try.
