Suspension expert referral

Folks,

I am in the process of restoring the 7.

The suspension is old and tired.

I want to refresh, but I dont just want to start replacing components left right and center,

I need somebody to diagnose the suspension of the vehicle from front to back, and recommend best course of action.

Pref someobdy with a car-o-tronic or similiar machine.

I may look aftermarket if the OEM is too expensive, but need the right advise.

Can anybody recommend ?

component pricing is going to make you cry... dampers only really last about 100 000km

Apparently (and I could be wrong) there are no after-market EDC dampers and the OEM units are ludicrously priced . Alot of the US guys do an EDC delete and run coilovers (usually KW Street Comforts), or run H&R/Eibach springs with matching dampers when it comes replacement time.
Otherwise it's the usual bushes, control arms, wheel bearings etc. The rear springs have been known to break too...

LZ what suspension options were ticked?

as Sclass said EDC is an issue if it has that...
Bilstein do have replacements for non EDC including Airmatic
otherwise its to the dealer with KY...
