Suspension: BMW M3 1995, G-Spec

Need some advice/help. Just bought a 1995 G-Spec M about two months ago. The problem I am experiencing is that my right-back wheel is touching/scratching the fender when the car goes over a bump or even when one person is sitting at the back its even worse. The other side is fi9ne and the front. The back tyres are exactly the same size as well as the front. Also it makes a knocking sound when I ago over speadhups, not a loud noise, but loud enough to make me worry.

What could the cause be? Would appreciate advice/comments? Thanks!

Have you checked the springs? Could be a broken one-fairly common
