I've resigned to driving very carefully and making sure there isn't too much strain on the clutch. From what i've heard it's almost certainly the clutch that is going.

So i'm also looking for a place/person in Cape Town that can do this...?

E90 320d. Felt it 2 or 3 times. Almost like the wheels slips on sand, feels the same,only for a split second.

The place I getting mine done will be R2500.00 all inclusive. This is if my fly wheel is okay. If the flywheel needs replacement, the cost will rise significantly!

All done, new kit installed. Drove about 100 km's today and it feels good. Am still not pushing it hard but so far so good:thumbs:

Great stuff there ....Rememeber first 1000kms take it easy no hard launches /riding the clucth etc....

Hey dude, I wanted to know if replacing the clutch sorted your problem out? Mine is still doing every now and then when I push it. It's almost certainly time to replace the clutch if that's the issue.

Hey bro. Yep, the new clutch sorted it out. Was a bit of a pain because it took a day longer than expected and the mechanic wasn't to good at keeping me informed but the clutch is fine with no more flat spots:thumbs:
