This is so Sad. Hope it doesn't end up like Skanks 635csi!

Big ticket expensive spares is what they after. M88 engine etc

Yeah, nice clean one stolen to use as spares on one that's already falling apart in a settlement somewhere.

hmm well that sucks, the owner seems to have put alot of effort in keeping that car looking great. Parts must be hard to come by, all that work and it gets taken.:blueCry:

I thought of exactly that car when I read this. The conclusion of that thread still gives me nightmares. :blueCry:

First saw this post via Evolution 2 yesterday morning, so think it is a client of theirs. The car looks in superb condition and my first thoughts are that it has been stolen to strip........:cry:

I also read yesterday that it was at a service providers place that redid the interior. It was just about completed.
Was stolen from the service providers site apparently

If I'm not mistaken, the 745i had the e28 M5 motor (M88).
Must have been a game changer during the late 70's.

Let hope its found and in good condition.
