Just wanted to find out

i got 2013 e92 335i dct

With the sport button pressed i see the the throttle improves as well as the exhaust tone

my question is when you put it gear shift in sport mode is it suppose to make more of a difference?

As far as I understand it... Sport Mode changes:
-throttle response
-gearshift speed and shift points for each gear relative to throttle position
-power steering assistance
-damper control (if spec'd)

If you push the gear lever left to shift it into sport auto.. you just get the sport shift settings without all the other stuff. If you're already in sport mode and push it left, I don't think it does any more

So it seems it will make a slight difference... namely holding the gear off throttle and the shift speed.
