Hi guys,

Just wondering if anyone here is experiencing the same issue, my PS4 randomly starts up and kicks the disk out, then refuses to accept the disk, but sounds as if it's searching for the disk :bangdesk:

It seems to enter safe mode by itself, it's done this twice in the past month :nonono:

Sony can't seem to be of any assistance as they don't have any demo's instore to play around with and are only expecting the next batch to arrive in February :fencelook:

reason why I never buy the first batch, I prefer to wait till they sort out all the kinks and errors. Hope an update sorts this out:thumbs:

I dont want to buy the PS4 until its facelift version or (SlimLine) version...

PS3 also had its problems in the beginning

Always wait for the "LCI" version of any console

I suppose that is the unfortunate thing about buying a new console. Have a look at the recalls in other countries. There was hundreds and thousands that was recalled due to various manufacturing issues. So I would also rather wait for them to sort out these little kinks in the new version before buying it.

But at least you have the warranty so you should be able to swap it out once they receive the next batch?

I bought one of the 1st 60gig ps3's years ago. It lasted for a long time then the laser packed up. So i had it chipped. No need for a laser because the games play off the hard drive. Cost R0.00:joy:
