I'd be curious to know how it feels compared to your M760LI, as well as your ex M cars like the M6 GC and F10 M5 after you've gotten some time with it

Yeah, it's going to be an interesting comparison. What I can say is the suspension is very forgiving. The power delivery is incredibly smooth, the torque is just there, I haven't really given it a boot full yet, just enjoying the sensation of being back in a V8. At first glance, the ride quality and build quality are better than the 760. Not sure if that is just because that was pre-LCI car or not. But the ride.... oh man, it is really good.

I know.... I really do need to stop. I'm getting old. And I should be saving for my retirement. Oh wait... 4 kids.. no retirement! So may as well enjoy it! I traded the 128ti in. My wife liked it, but she likes the X4 more, and I couldn't really get into the idea of a FWD BMW with the 128. So she's happy, she loves the tech and safety in the X4. And I feel better with her being in it too. And I will go on record as saying that X4 is one of the top 3 best BMWs I have owned.

Same torque as the M5, just delivered differently from what I've discovered. Look, it ain't no M5 Comp, which I have been lusting after for forever and a day, but as I have alluded to many times on this forum, if I had come home with an M5, I would've had to have changed my name to Margaret. And my nads would be dangling from a rear view mirror. So I figure I've got the best compromise. It also doesn't feel like as much of a barge as the 760 did.
