She decided not to read the traffic signs and didn't stop at a stop sign, she came right into my passenger's side.... So i got out and i was like, wtf, and her silly excuse was "The road sign was clearly marked...."

All the left side of the car needs to be replaced...

Ag no man!!! Really sorry to hear (and see)!! Main thing is nobody hurt! Spent the entire day on the road today and saw a number of typical bad driving in the rain and low visibility - was only a matter of time before we came across a pretty nasty single car accident!! :nonono:

Another perfect example of a BMW doing its job in an accident.

Damage, although it appears horrible, is actually not that bad at all.

Front door new
Back door could be repaired if you dont have insurance, but should technically be replaced.
Rear Fender is nothing
Side skirt is nothing.

Why I say its not too bad, you could have torn the B pillar as well.

Did a job exactly like this on an E90 about 3 weeks ago, total bill was about 19k.

And the guys are right, had you of popped a side airbag, damage could have been around 50k.
