Smokin Black E36 M3

Saw a black E36 M3 smoking like a crack pipe on Bowling Avenue today. If anybody knows who it is/if you are on the forum, please fix the car before driving it like it was stolen and leaving a cloud of smoke that could cause a Jumbo jet to do an emergency landing.

Ive seen one in the east gate area in bad condition.

I've also seen my fair share of BMW's in bad condition, what I don't understand though is what some people do to their cars that they can get a e90 330i to smoke like a buring oil field or to destroy a e90 325 f/l's suspension that the car's body is swaying from side to side.
