Hey gents and ladies. On Sunday afternoon, the "engine failure" warning light came on. The following morning as my wife was starting the car (its her daily driver), it struggled to start and the whole garage was smelling of fuel. So i took it to Auto Atlantic and was told they have to keep it for 2 days to diagnose the problem. In the meantime they gave me a new 320i to drive, very nice.
Well they called me today and said the problem was some "CAM BOX", not sure what this is, and they were going to replace another part as well. I asked the lady, what this CAM BOX was, but she could not help, she just said it was "technical". I thought she was saying cambelt but she said no
Anyone knows whats wrong with my car. I am now worried because this car has 39K km on the clock, driven by my wife and i only get to enjoy it over the weekend, so absolutely no reason why the engine should pack up this early, what is going to happen once out of motor plan?
