Your own garage if it's just a oil change if not, put it on a train and ship to AEW in Gauteng. If you can afford a E46 M3 you should be able to have it maintained correctly.

Southern Suburbs - NBMW in Crawford and Brilliant Mechanical Workshop in Kenilworth
