So today got a chance to actually meat the great one. Took the Gopher for a service. A short man with a funny hat and bokkie beard greated me and and introduced himself as GIZMO (Not his real name) :nono:.
Needless to say he proceded to fetch a toothpick and a bag of jelly tots and to my amazement squirted some fuel on a webber and proceeded to roast the Jelly tots. There were mumbles and harsh words of A/T and some head shaking:facepalm: in a strange language I did not understand.
Finally ofter the imprompto jelly grill he took a dirty toothpick and after opening the bonet, poked around with it, while still mumbeling in that strange Tongue.
I was acosted by strange little creatures that words can not explained and the Gizmo pulled up a chair and fell asleep. Orange drool, obviosly from the Jelly Tots, dripping out of his mouth.
I was amazed and flabergasted at this as I thought I came here for a service.
Not knowing what to do I grbed my phone and frantically started calling 911, perhaps thinking he chocked and was dying before my eyes.
Now like most people I can not stand still while talking on a phone so I was wondering around the garden between the diesel gearbox and disgarded turbo's when felt a sudden tap on my shoulder.
amazed there was the Gizmo mumbeling strange words with a piece of paper, I guessed it was paper as it was so dirty and frumpled but had some reseblance of white.He made funny pointing gusters and turned around walking to his chair, siting down and proptly fell asleep.
Just as a was about to loose the plot with all this strange behavoiur I noticed that my car had moved and next to it in a neat pile were all the old bits taken out and next to that the boxes of the new bits, now lying empty.
A small creature approced me and handed over my key, which i do not recall handing over, and disapeared into a small box marked turbo. Not believing what I saw I picked up the box and it was empty.
In fear for my life a jumped into my car and started it, noticing the service indicator had been reset.
slamming the A/T into reverse( as much as you can slam A/T) I screamed out of the drive way keeping one eye open for any small creatures that might want to kill me for my Spleen or kidneys or god knows what.
In the road I slammed(refer to above about A/T) the A/T into sports mode, foot flat to the floor.
Only after I was out of the general area and felt safe enough to breath again, did I suddenly realise the soft and smooth ride my car had turned into. The engine was purring like a kitten and the throttle control was smooth.(I can only guess that this was to the new Feul filter, or the little creature that i found Hidding under the bonet when I got home.)
If it was not for the fact that my wife and I already had a gynie I would take my wife to Gizmo for the birth, cause I know all he will need is a Toothpick and a jelly tot, and the baby would slip out no problems no hassels and all parts moded to turbo diesel and a 6 speed manual box.
Gizmo Thanks a million for the great service and I can gladdly say You WiLL C Me Again and I can vouch for the quality of your (Small green creatures) work, to any Forum Memebr.
Ps. Gizmo If you are looking for the money for the service. In the rush and fear for my life and gave a sealed envelope to a guy that was lying on the pavement alive.. well not sure, but needless to say I hope he is still there as I have his left leg here at my place, so I am sure he still has the envelope, I hope.
