Also picked it up in the BMW mag recently. Kind of sad to see them parked off in a basement garage...:bangdesk:...truly hidden from the prying public. But why? Failed experiments? My favourite would have to be the E60 M5 "CSL" :thumbs:

The cost of these vehicles make them virtually unsellable. These are the ones that they have kept, there will be more that get scrapped/ scavanged for other projects.

But i think its nice that they have kept some of them... I suppose it instills a sense of heritage. They also have an example of every M car produced in the garage.

i have just noticed that the M8 appears to have had some work done to it since the first pictures of it were released. It used to have a two piece front side window, with only a small piece dropping down. It now has a standard door and window...
