Hi Guys :wave:

So the time came to service my 5er and I figured let me give Gert a try. I sent him off an email with my vin and list of products I wanted... I received a prompt response and I must say, his pricing was fantastic. Deal done in my eyes.

I took a little time before ordering, waiting for funds to clear into my account. Ended up ordering about a week after I received the quote. Gert was patient throughout and once payment was made, very quick in getting all my parts ready. Considering I made payment late on Wednesday evening and everything was ready for me to collect from his workplace on Friday morning.

It turned out Gert had over charged me for Cabin Filters due to them coming as a set and not individually as we originally thought. He was very upfront about it and I received a prompt refund when I picked up my parts

All in all Gert, I'm mighty impressed. It's been a painless process and I'm very happy with the parts I recieved, as is the 5er :rollsmile:
