Seat swop .
Can I install a set of front seats out of an E34 into an E46 touring?
What mods will be required?

You'll probably need some adapter plates as the fitting holes probably won't line up. I don't know about the wiring, but the actual seat should fit with those plates in place.

@ ASH,

If you keeping the e46 seats, cut off those rails and those of the e34, swop them and mount as per standard e46 points.

If you not planning to gut the e46 seats, then an adapter of some sort will have to be made up.
