Scunick's BMW E30 328i (M52B28) Race Car - First Time on the Track!
The anticipation, the excitement and the nerves! Some of what we were all feeling on this particular morning - It had been a long time coming after-all!
We arrived to the farm at 8am in the morning to a loaded FJ Cruiser with Nick's E30 Track Toy already loaded, ready for its first drive on the track.
What was to follow was a chilling experience! :roflol:
Leaving the farm:
And the first to arrive at the track:
We patiently waited for 11am, the tension building as we joked about how to react when the walls came closer as well as eying out the miserable weather and hinting at the lack of grip the Semi's on the car would have.
Finally, on the track!
The car did superbly, throwing Nick off a few times. :biglol:
We did a few sessions, with the track slowly drying up and great fun was had by all! Some pics of the other cars:
I decided, once brave enough to join Nick for a few laps and whilst I am not the most stable of camera tripods - I mean people the camera is a touch bouncy. :fencelook:
But a video I have for you! (Yes the quality is utterly atrocious)

Thank you for reading, me thinks we need to arrange a Fanatics Track Day!
