Samsung S3 jellybean 4.3 now available

For all the Samsung S3 uses, the JB 4.3 update was finally released for i9300 S3 on Friday 14th Feb
This update is for XFA code phones (thats usually the ones not linked to a network)
The XFE and XFV updtass not yet available
Best would be to connect to samsung Kies through PC or laptop as it tends to show up easier, mine didnt pick it up OTA

Keep in mind its a very large file so if your are not on a data plan then just beware that you dont run up a massive bill

Some questions

Any differences in features etc?
Is it worth downloading?
Will it overwrite data on the phone?

The interface has a fresher look it it. Which I quite like, havent played around to see whats been added yet.
I think its worth downloading.

This download does not come up when i search for software updates. It says the lastest software is already installed but i only have version 4.1.2??

Make sure you have the latest version of Kies... S3?

Ok... so i updated Kies but then realised that i have the XFV firmware version and as per the OP, the update is only for XFA phones...

No update for me yet
