Rules to post on For Sale thread

Hi guys,

What are the rules to post in the for sale thread?

I click new topic and it does not allow me.
will mods be able to assist me via pm or something?

Yes its currently at 32 posts (thus lower than the required 50 posts).

You currently require 18 more meaningful posts and you can then post items for sale.
