Hmmm, those will be the s50 engine. Downrated for SA I believe:(

Although on the same engine there is is a 25sec difference. I suppose with the wizardry on the s54 the difference should be less... and then the differnce between 6.23 and 5.23 (s50 vs s54 Schnitzer) is not just a second... the power needed is exponential. That is a significant amount of differnce!!!

thanks for the info Ray. What a big difference the car makes at the coast...

With a decat and K&N filter I use a microchip unit I built that starts sensing at wheel movement I got 5.5 secs two up. I weigh 116 kg and my son is 100kg. Me alone best time I got was 5.3 secs. I need to calibrate the microchip again as that sounds a bit optimistic. I have an improvised encoder on the rear shaft, and calibrated it on a measured 100m.
Was thinking of building a marketable solution, as GPS does not automate for this type of application.
Sadly the car is going for a rust removal on the right door, it's a small spot but proof of the previous owner's neglect.
