So shiny blue, looks great.

We had one in 2010 and was simply lovely but 2 door didn't work out then with the baby seat etc.

That's why FSH doesn't mean what it used to mean.
Its not that hard to change the filters

Car looks tops!

Slight update.

Sent the car in last week to do some preventative maintanince after coming back from honeymoon.

Did the Cam Chain Service.
Chain did have slight stretch and some bridge piece was already busy collapsing so was brought in right time...

Car looks great.

How much was the service with the parts? Who did it?

Looks like they did a good job.

Thanks man.

I took the car to Frans at Vag Spec Centre.
They did everything (Timing Chain kit - chains, tensioners, rails/guides, Timing chain bracket, Bolt Cam Adjuster, Top and lower cover gaskets, silicone, oil antifreeze etc)
Most of the parts are OEM
Warranty covered most, as chain had some stretch and some other part all ready started to collapse, but doing all above would come to +- 12k :fencelook:

But glad that is done - also had to replace my Xenons today as the one started to flash intermediately :eek:mgwaiting:

Took my car back, as they never replaced my lower timing chain cover, and there was a bit of sweat under the car so the oil pan was resealed and the new riming chain cover installed, als has to replace a faulty new timing chain tensioner :skit: finding that a bit odd.

But new one is in...
